We Take Pride In The Quality Of Our Work.
Quality Control And Quality Assurance: ISO 19157:2013:
At CSG, we are dedicated to giving each project the attention it deserves. Our meticulous double-checking and verification process, conducted both on-site and in the office, ensures that every detail meets ADM high standards before submission.
The standards set by ISO 19157:2013 are followed throughout all phases of the project’s life cycle. Our quality control process consists of three distinct phases:
▷ Pre - Production Phase
▷ Production Phase
▷ After Production Phase
The following quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) goals are achieved:
1. Data must be complete. 2. Data must be logical. 3. The positions of E, N, and Z should be accurate. 4. Temporal accuracy must meet acceptable standards. 5. Thematic accuracy must be satisfactory. 6. Data must be user-friendly and easily usable.
Pre - Production Phase
- Planning & Scope Definition
- ☑ The licensed survey engineering consultant takes the initiative to engage all stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project scope and specifications.
- Research
- ☑ An examination of the metadata is performed, encompassing the method statement, as-built drawings, base maps, and all pertinent documents. The formats and types of deliverables would be approved, as well as the accuracy confidence interval of 2σ at a significance level of 95%. Furthermore, suitable software for data processing and analysis would be identified.
- Reconnaissance
- ☑ Visual inspections will be performed at all benchmark locations to clearly ascertain whether each of them is intact, damaged, or missing.
Production Phase
Instrument Calibration & Configuration
☑ All instruments will undergo proper calibration, and their calibration certificates will remain valid. The parameters associated with the WGS 84 coordinate system, specifically those pertaining to UTM zones 39 and 40, including the scale factor 0.9996, tolerance values, and relevant codes, must be accurately configured within the data collectors.
Data Collection
☑ ADM licensed Survey Engineers will lead and guide the team in data collection, ensuring complete data collection of all features in accordance with the approved method statement specifications.
Data Processing
☑ Licensed Survey Engineers will supervise the drafting and annotation processes to ensure that the delivered drawings are prepared with precision and accuracy.
After Production Phase
Reporting & Submission
☑ We prepare metadata, checklists, final survey reports, and drawings in accordance with the approved method statement. We measure conformance to quality standards and conduct random sampling. Evaluating and reporting final deliverables at the data set level.
